## The honest read

Magoon Tree Service's Better Business Bureau profile says it offers residential tree services including tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, hazardous removals and crane service. Its website claims 18 years in business and lists a service area of Pembroke, Tilton, Weare and Webster.

In a recent review, Brian gave a fair quote and arrived when he said he would, and he and his workers Bohden, Ray and Bryson removed 4 trees and trimmed problem branches from several other trees. They protected the lawn and shrubs, removed all debris and cleaned up the job site.

In a recent review of a large maple encroaching on the house, Brian trimmed it back a little at a time so the tree's owners could decide exactly how much was enough. A recent review describes a huge old maple that fell next to the house, with Brian and his crew helping process all that wood. In another recent review, the company removed several dead trees and trimmed the dead wood off another, arriving on time and leaving the area as clean as can be.

In a 2026 review, Brian came out the same day to give a quote on a dead tree, and two days later the tree was down.

**Strengths:**
- Tree removal — four trees taken down and job site cleaned up
- Careful trimming — large maple cut back a little at a time
- Fast turnaround — 2026 quote same day, tree down two days later
- Fallen maple — Brian and his crew helped process all the wood
