## The honest read

Maid In Brazil Cleaning Services describes itself on HomeAdvisor as a family owned and operated cleaning business with over 15 years of experience in the cleaning industry. Its Thumbtack profile says it also has experience in move in and move out cleanings.

In a 2025 Thumbtack review, a customer said a team of several cleaners came in, left their place spotless and took any feedback very well. A 2024 customer said Lene and her team left every surface of their home shining. A 2024 reviewer who wanted a cleaner for a 90-year-old mother wrote that Lene came out, saw what the job entailed and then gave a price, and that the mother felt comfortable around them.

A 2023 customer whose home was in dire need of a deep clean said Lene and her crew cleaned every nook and cranny top to bottom and moved all furniture. In a 2020 review, a customer who moved into a house someone had lived in for 12 years said she and her team were able to erase 12 years of dirt. A 2019 HomeAdvisor reviewer said Lene met with them the day after their inquiry and fit them into her schedule quickly, and that on the first visit Lene and her team got all the details that customer had not taken the time to do.

In a 2024 review, a customer who reached out to schedule a monthly cleaning said the business stopped communicating when it came time to book a meeting for an estimate, and that the rating was based on that lack of communication rather than the work.

**Strengths:**
- Detailed house cleaning — 2024 and 2025 customers described spotless, shining homes
- Deep cleans — a 2023 customer had every nook cleaned, furniture moved

**Concerns:**
- Estimate follow-up — a 2024 customer said texts stopped before an estimate

**Where sources disagree:**
- The HomeAdvisor profile claims over 15 years of experience, while the Thumbtack profile says 9+ years of experience in cleaning.
