## The honest read

A customer called Maine Gutter Works for a quote, booked the job for a later date, and said the quote was still honored when Jason and Zack showed up on time, completed the job and cleaned the work area before leaving. The company says it is located in Lisbon Falls, serves Central and Southern Maine, and builds custom seamless gutter systems from Englert aluminum in a 6-inch size. It says it offers free estimates.

One customer had a gutter and downspouts installed on the back of the house to feed rain barrels for a garden. When the upper elbows of the downspouts became blocked with debris, Rick returned and cleaned the downspouts at no charge.

A customer who put in an online request said the owner came over that evening to give an estimate. A customer said the company came the same day with an estimate and picked everything up off the ground after the gutter job.

A 2026 customer said a broken downspout was letting water collect and freeze around a heat pump. That 2026 customer said the team responded quickly and repaired the downspout so water drained away from the heat pump, with no mess left behind.

**Strengths:**
- Quote honored later — a recent customer said the price held for a later date
- Free downspout cleanout — Rick returned and cleared blocked elbows at no charge
- Same-evening estimate — the owner came over the evening of an online request
- Heat pump drainage fix — a 2026 customer said a broken downspout was repaired
