A 2025 customer's furnace stopped working on a 10 degree day. That customer said that within 20 minutes of their call to the answering service Dana reached out, made room in a busy schedule to get to the house, and identified and fixed the problem for a very fair price. Manley Plumbing & Heating works on both halves of its name, and the company says it offers 24/7 emergency service and gives an upfront, guaranteed price before any work begins.

A 2023 customer said Dana diagnosed and fixed the issue with their hot water baseboard heating system within an hour, after a call at 8 am and an arrival by 11 am. A 2024 customer said the job was a complete boiler install. A 2024 customer whose boiler failed on a Sunday morning said the company called back promptly and helped them resolve a simple problem by phone. A 2022 customer said the tech came with a price list, tuned up their furnace and hooked up a new tank, and that the company mailed a refund check a month later because the tech had done the math wrong.
