A recent customer with an emergency leak while away on vacation said Byron was at the house within an hour. A recent customer said Luis Rosado did a free inspection and told them the roof still had a lot of life left, when other roofing companies were trying to sell a full replacement. A recent customer said Michael Khan explained the process in detail and got what was needed approved through their insurance company after ice dam damage. A recent customer said Robert met their expectations and that they are very fluent in English and Spanish. A 2026 customer said Manny told them a chimney-flashing leak was storm damage and that they should claim a full replacement; the insurance company found no damage and denied the claim, and that customer said Manny Roofing then ghosted them. A recent customer said two people came out to quote a gutter installation, but the quote never arrived despite reaching out twice. **Strengths:** - One-day roof replacement — a recent customer's full replacement was done in one day - A no-charge leak fix — a recent customer paid $0 for a porch roof repair - A fast emergency visit — a recent customer said Byron arrived within an hour - Insurance claim help — a recent customer got ice dam damage approved through insurance **Concerns:** - A denied insurance claim — a 2026 customer said the company then ghosted them - A missing gutter quote — a recent customer never received the promised quote ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.8 stars from 153 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Manny%20Roofing&query_place_id=ChIJ91MKr2vB54kRiSErn_-bmtg) — “Google: 4.8★ from 153 ratings” - The company says it is family-owned and has served Connecticut for over 15 years _(confidence: low)_ - [Official Website](https://www.ctroofingpros.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): At Manny Roofing, we take pride in being a family-owned and operated company that has served Connecticut fo…” - A recent customer had a full roof replacement with new plywood, chimney flashing and repointing done in one day _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21KRWFHZDBaalJ3Tmkwd1ZYVjNia1pZY0hwdWNVRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xd89a9bff9f2b2189!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmJEaGd0ZjRwNi0wVXV3bkZYcHpucUE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Highly Recommend Manny Construction LLC!
