It offers free estimates, by its own account. A 2025 customer said they were referred to the company to rebuild an old deck, and wrote that Josh provided an estimate quickly and that the project was finished on time and on budget. That 2025 customer said they were going on to work with Josh on several other projects. A recent customer said the work was completed in less than the original timeline. A recent customer had a different start: they said a man who goes by Josh was almost 30 minutes late to a quote appointment, said the quote would come within a day or two, and a week later they had heard nothing from him. **Strengths:** - Deck rebuild — a 2025 customer said it finished on time and on budget - Ahead of schedule — a recent customer said work beat the original timeline **Concerns:** - Quote follow-up — a recent customer heard nothing a week after a quote visit - Late arrival — a recent customer said Josh was almost 30 minutes late ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Lists Somersworth as its service area _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.manuelsllc.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Somersworth” - Its website lists home maintenance and repair, general contracting and home improvement, residential remodeling and renovation, and handyman services _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.manuelsllc.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Our Services Home Maintenance & Repair General Contracting & Home Improvement Commercial Property Maintenan…” - A 2025 customer said a deck rebuild was finished on time and on budget _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2w4eGIyZGlTMHRsZFhnek9ISnJhWEV4YTFOSlMyYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x749459a0a5e284dd!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOl8xb2diS0tldXgzOHJraXExa1NJS2c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I was referred to Manuel’s LLC for a rebuild of my old deck, and working with Josh has been an outstanding experience.
