A 2010 customer called Marsh River in the morning to fix outlets in a kids' room and said he was at the house two hours later, fixing the problem in one hour.

A 2010 customer wrote that Hank De Ruiter of Marsh River returned the call in a timely fashion, was on time and ran the lines from the fuse box to a tankless water heater. A 2010 customer said Marsh River installed a stand-alone Kohler generator, explained options, arranged a survey and handled all contact with Kohler. A 2010 customer said the guys from Marsh River Electric changed over an electrical panel and coordinated with CMP to move the meter, on target with their estimate.
