A March 2026 Thumbtack reviewer (who spells it Yurgen) praises his electrical work at their house and his attention to detail. A June 2025 reviewer had a light fixture replaced and noted the care taken to install it safely and securely, and another June 2025 reviewer needed electrical work and says the cost was less than other companies. A September 2023 Angi reviewer recommends Jurgen to anyone with electrical projects. Thumbtack lists a Connecticut Electrical Journeyperson – Unlimited licence on the profile. The remodeling side shows up in shorter reviews. An August 2023 reviewer recommends the company for bluestone work and says the start and finish dates were as promised. A November 2024 Thumbtack reviewer, giving four stars, says it did a kitchen backsplash at a good price, and a May 2024 reviewer says their project came in on budget and was done quickly. Connecticut lists its home improvement registration HIC.0669855, held by Marvella Remodeling LLC, as active. Thumbtack shows 4.9 stars from 16 ratings and named it a Top Pro for 2025; Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 5.0 stars from 7 ratings. Its Thumbtack profile says the team has over 15 years of combined experience. **Strengths:** - Electrical work — reviews from 2023 to 2026 name Jurgen - Bluestone work — a 2023 reviewer says dates held as promised - Pricing — a 2025 reviewer says it cost less than other companies ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Connecticut lists home improvement registration HIC.0669855, held by Marvella Remodeling LLC, as active _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://www.elicense.ct.gov/Lookup/LicenseLookup.aspx) — “CT hic license HIC.0669855 registry-verified active — registry holder of record: MARVELLA REMODELING LLC” - Thumbtack lists a Connecticut Electrical Journeyperson – Unlimited licence on the profile _(confidence: low)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ct/waterbury/general-contractors/marvella-remodeling-llc/service/484004279598063627) — “Licence listed on Thumbtack: License verified: Electrical Journeyperson – Unlimited, License state: CT” - Its Thumbtack profile says the team has over 15 years of combined experience _(confidence: medium)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ct/waterbury/general-contractors/marvella-remodeling-llc/service/484004279598063627) — “About (Thumbtack, self-described): With over 15 years of combined experience, Marvella Remodeling takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and …” - 14 reviews from 2023 to 2026; 4.9 stars from 16 Thumbtack ratings, 5.0 from 7 on Angi and on HomeAdvisor; Thumbtack Top Pro 2025 _(confidence: high)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ct/waterbury/general-contractors/marvella-remodeling-llc/service/484004279598063627) — “Thumbtack: 4.9★ from 16 ratings” - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ct/waterbury/general-contractors/marvella-remodeling-llc/service/484004279598063627) — “Listed certification: Top Pro (2025)” - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.MarvellaRemodelingLLC.137290438.html) — “HomeAdvisor: 5.0★ from 7 ratings” - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ct/waterbury/marvella-remodeling-llc-reviews-1.htm) — “Angi: 5.0★ from 7 ratings” - Reviewers in 2023, 2025 and 2026 describe electrical work by Jurgen, including a light fixture replacement _(confidence: medium)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ct/waterbury/general-contractors/marvella-remodeling-llc/service/484004279598063627) — “5★ I needed electrical work, and he did his job well.
