## The honest read

Weekly cuttings, brush removal and bush maintenance: one recent customer said Eric and his crew had looked after their property that way for the past six years, turning a once-neglected yard around, and called the pricing fair and competitive. Mascia's Lawn Care LLC says it has provided lawn care with Waterbury, Oakville, Cheshire, Middlebury, Wolcott and Watertown as its core area for many years.

A recent customer said Eric trimmed a set of overgrown hedges and that his team handled the cleanup. For a spring cleanup, a recent customer said Eric answered a quote request quickly and explained the breakdown of the cost. A 2026 customer said Eric and his crew were there early for a cleanup and got to work immediately with no breaks. A 2025 customer said they had used the company for three years and called the yearly fall cleanups timely and thorough. A 2022 customer who lived out of town said Eric did the work to prep for a house sale and kept them posted, even texting photos.

A 2022 customer gave one star, saying the quote came without a drive-by to look at the property and that the price went back and forth over $5 before settling at $50; that customer called the exchange unprofessional.

**Strengths:**
- Weekly lawn upkeep — a recent customer described six years of weekly cuttings
- Hedge trimming — a recent customer said overgrown hedges were trimmed
- A clear cost breakdown — a recent customer said Eric explained the quote
- Yearly fall cleanup — a 2025 customer called it timely and thorough

**Concerns:**
- Quote without a visit — a 2022 customer said the property was never viewed
