## The honest read

Massimo Heating & Cooling describes itself as a residential and commercial heating and air conditioning company covering oil and gas, with new installations, maintenance, water heaters, emergency service and repairs on its list. A recent customer said the team that put in their boilers worked hard for two days, showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.

When a hot water heater broke over Labor Day weekend, a recent customer said Massimo got them a new one in 3 days instead of waiting a week. A recent customer whose AC unit went out said the company sent someone within the hour, and that Sergio was the tech who fixed it. A recent customer calls Massimo their go-to for HVAC and oil. A recent customer described a whole-house air conditioning installation, with an air handler for the upstairs rooms and mini splits downstairs.

A 2026 customer said that with the heat out at 6:30 am, a tech was there by 8:30 with a temporary fix and came back with the correct part to complete the repair. A 2024 customer woke to no heat and no hot water; the company came within a couple of hours, had the boiler's burn motor in stock and replaced it, and the customer had heat and hot water by the afternoon. A 2024 customer described ducts cleaned, a central air unit and thermostat installed and a new oil hot water heater put in over 9 hours of work.

A 2026 customer said the inducer motor assembly on a Comfort Aire furnace failed after two years, called the furnace overpriced, and said the installers gave them a hard time when they noticed the A/C condenser was not level.

**Strengths:**
- A same-hour AC visit — a recent customer said a tech came within the hour
- A boiler install — a recent customer said the team worked two days and cleaned up
- A cold-morning repair — a 2026 customer said a tech arrived by 8:30 am

**Concerns:**
- Furnace part failure — a 2026 customer said the inducer motor failed after two years
