## The honest read

Master Fence Co describes itself on its Better Business Bureau page as offering fence sales, service and installation, including vinyl and chain-link. That BBB page gives it an A+ grade, and on Google it holds 3.3 stars from 7 ratings.

**Concerns:**
- Warranty dispute — a 2022 customer said a failed fence was not stood behind
- Unreturned calls — a 2022 customer said calls and texts went unanswered
