## The honest read

Master Junk Removal, LLC is a junk hauling business whose website says owner Juan Zambrano has been earning customers throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut since 2011. The service area it lists includes Norwalk, Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, Wilton, Weston, Bridgeport and Fairfield.

On Google it holds 5 stars from 28 ratings. A 2023 customer said that after they sent a picture of an old elliptical, Juan replied with a quote and an offer to pick it up within an hour. A 2025 customer booked for the next day and said Juan called about an hour later with a same-day opening from a cancellation; that customer said Juan and Dom removed a ton of furniture from the home.

A 2024 customer said a very heavy sofa and a large carpet were removed with no damage to the home. A 2024 customer wrote that Juan fit more into his truck than he expected and called the adjusted price more than fair. A 2023 customer said Juan handled a sofa removal and, on a separate occasion, junk removal from a storage unit. A 2025 customer said furniture and a grill were taken away the same day, the second time the business had removed furniture for them.
