A 2019 nehomemag.com piece described McPhee Associates of Cape Cod as a design-build firm that also offers addition, renovation, property management and real estate services. In 2018, capecodtimes.com reported that the custom residential design-build company announced the opening of Windward Village, the third phase of Windward Communities in East Dennis.
