## The honest read

MDM Property Management builds patios, walkways and retaining walls, and it handles yard upkeep down to the mulch beds. A recent customer said MDM blew out the leaves and trimmed the edges before even starting the mulch, then cleaned up completely after. The company's website pitches lawn care and hardscaping installations to commercial properties and says it has been in business 25 years.

A recent customer had MDM do a walkway and landscaping design-and-build project in Meredith, and said Matt and team built the base for the walkway and retaining walls while Katie helped with design and plants. A recent customer whose rain gutters caused a drainage issue said Matt and his crew corrected it, regraded the yard and reseeded the lawn. A recent customer said MDM came out multiple times to help design a patio and finished on schedule and on budget. A recent customer who built a home in Boscawen four years ago said MDM did a patio and an expansion of the yard at a reasonable price. A recent customer said MDM did a new driveway and was prompt in scheduling the work. A recent customer said MDM did a complete reinstall of the baseball and football infields at Bow High School.

In a 2025 review, a customer said MDM built a sitting wall on a hillside and installed a new drainage system to help manage runoff, and called the pricing fair. A 2025 customer said MDM made a couple of gravel plant beds and was quick to get from quote to finished product. A 2025 customer said that after a sod quote, MDM set them up with an irrigation company and the two worked together to complete the project.

A 2024 customer in Concord said Matt and his crew cleared an overgrown area and replaced the topsoil, installed Fescue turf with sprinklers in another spot, and hydroseeded the cleared site. A 2024 customer said Matt and his crew built a pool deck and patio and renovated the yard with stone work, coming in on estimate and on time. A 2024 customer said MDM completed a patio with fireplace, a putting green with retaining wall and patio, and leveled the backyard with loam. A 2024 customer said they had used MDM for roughly 10 years for landscaping and also for winter plowing at a Class A office building.

**Strengths:**
- Patio design visits — a recent customer said MDM came out multiple times
- An on-budget patio — a recent customer said it finished on schedule and on budget
- A gutter drainage fix — a recent customer said the yard was regraded and reseeded
- Mulch-bed prep — a recent customer said leaves were blown out and edges trimmed
