Its website lists residential, commercial and therapy pool liner replacements, deck, fountain and pond liners, custom pool liners, and skimmer resurfacing and repair, and the company says it has been in business for 30 years. A recent customer had a fiberglass pool at a hotel that had been shut down for a long time. John, Paul and a young fellow answered the customer's questions about how long the liner would last and did some extra work on it, and the pool was filling up for the first time in years. A recent reviewer whose project was replacing the liner in a huge swimming pool at a country club says the team answered questions promptly and thoroughly, including a couple after they had packed up and left, and worked out a schedule with the reviewer. A recent reviewer thanks John, Paul and the crew for an installation done in the extreme heat of West Texas. A 2023 customer said Ron and his team troubleshot a major underground water issue during their liner installation, found a plumber at the last minute and helped get a hydrostatic relief valve installed. A 2025 customer said they were kept up to date on progress. **Strengths:** - Hotel pool liner — a recent customer's long-closed pool filled up again - Country club liner — a recent reviewer got prompt answers to questions - Underground water issue — a 2023 customer said they helped install a relief valve ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Website lists residential, commercial and therapy pool liner replacements, custom pool liners, and skimmer resurfacing and repair _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://membraneconcepts.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Services Commercial Pool Liner Replacements Fountain and Pond Liner Replacements Deck Liner Replacements Sk…” - Says it has been in business for 30 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://membraneconcepts.com) — “Self-reported 30 years in business” - Google rating of 5 stars from 8 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Membrane%20Concepts&query_place_id=ChIJidrWrezl5IkRvtQ138-fT_I) — “Google: 5★ from 8 ratings” - A recent customer's long-closed hotel pool was refilled after a liner job _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xjeFdXcHBjWFZRVWt4eGRYaGFOMk50TVVsNWQyYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xf24f9fcfdf35d4be!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlcxWWppcXVQUkxxdXhaN2NtMUl5d2c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ My hotel fiber glass pool was shut down for a long time.
