It has also picked up several residential HVAC divisions over the years, and it's the small stream of homeowner reviews from that side of the business that tells the fuller story.

One homeowner's account is telling: the company installed a gas boiler and water heater in 2017, then came back to swap out replacement units after the Columbia Gas explosions, and both jobs went well — the same customer stayed happy through routine maintenance for years.
