A crew of eight turned up, covered the bushes, the deck and the yard, and had the roof finished before the end of the day. The homeowner who wrote that in October 2025 added that it was the third roof Mike Leary had done for them. One-day replacements keep showing up in what customers write: a September 2025 client had a whole roof done in a day, and a June 2025 client had the garage and sunroom roofs done in one, shingles matched to the house, the property left cleaner than the crew found it.

The Lexington company says it began in 1975, when Mike Leary Sr. started roofing as a teenager, and is now run with his sons Jim and Mike Jr. Its own site covers roof replacement and repair, siding, gutters, windows and skylights, exterior carpentry and snowplowing across Lexington, Winchester, Burlington, Concord, Lincoln, Belmont, Bedford, Arlington and Carlisle.
