A 2026 customer said Miller Oil replaced their oil furnace, came quickly to quote and didn't try to pressure, scare or upsell them. That 2026 customer said Russ, who quoted the job, was involved the whole time, and that the cost was competitive with the other quotes they got. A 2025 customer had a new boiler installed, thanked Russ and the crew, and called the job neat and clean. A 2025 customer who said they had used Miller Oil for over 25 years listed oil delivery, a new furnace and, more recently, a new oil tank. A 2023 customer said an oil line was replaced and that they arrived on time. A 2024 customer whose oil was getting low on a weekend, with the offices closed, said the lady on the phone got them in touch with a technician and their oil was filled up the same day. A 2025 customer who called as a low-income client said the company helped them get oil for the next day. A 2023 customer said ordering fuel was simple and that they always came the next day. A 2023 customer accused the company of scamming them and said their online account was disabled when they asked for refunds for undelivered oil. A 2023 customer who called to schedule a combustion test on a brand-new unit said they were told on the phone that the company won't touch someone else's work. A 2026 customer who wanted to order heating oil complained that the website showed no price and would not let them make an account without an order. It holds an active Connecticut S1 heating and cooling contractor licence, HTG.0385997-S1, under Douglas J Miller. **Strengths:** - A furnace replacement — a 2026 customer said there was no pressure to upsell - Same-day weekend fill — a 2024 customer said their oil was filled that day - Next-day oil — a 2025 low-income client said they got oil the next day **Concerns:** - Refund dispute — a 2023 customer said their account was disabled after a refund request - Other installers' units — a 2023 caller was told they won't touch someone else's work - Online ordering — a 2026 customer could not make an account without an order ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - The company's website describes heating and cooling repairs, HVAC installations and tune-ups in Enfield, Connecticut _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.milleroilcompany.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): We offer best in class heating and cooling repairs for homes and businesses located in Enfield Connecticut …” - A 2026 customer said Miller Oil replaced their oil furnace without pressure to upsell _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xkcWFVbG9iMVZpVjFCV1draHdTSGQ0U25aTFlYYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x5e9760c91b9caab1!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOldqaUlob1ViV1BWWkhwSHd4SnZLYXc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Miller Oil replaced our oil furnace recently and were awesome to deal with from start to finish.
