## The honest read

Mini Beast Roofing LLC does roofing and home improvement work, and says on its website that it uses GAF approved materials. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A-.

A recent customer said Mini Beast quoted their roof repair as eligible for insurance coverage; insurance covered about $28,000 and the customer paid about $4300 for a new roof on a ranch house about 100 feet long. That customer said the old roof was stripped off, some new plywood was installed and a new roof was applied all in one day. After a storm damaged one recent customer's roof, that customer said the estimate was fair and that Christian and Josephine worked with them and the insurance company directly. A recent customer said they had used the company for many years on roofing, gutters, siding, a kitchen rebuild, foundation and decking projects.

A 2025 customer who called about a leak said Mini Beast handled the insurance claim process and they paid only their $1,500 deductible for the roof project. A 2025 customer wrote that they did the roof in no time.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0702401, as active, held by Mini Beast Roofing LLC.

**Strengths:**
- One-day reroof — a recent customer said tear-off and new roof took one day
- Insurance claim help — a recent customer said they worked with the insurer directly
