## The honest read

Minor's Property Maintenance does yard cleanups, mulching, tree and hedge work and winter plowing. Its website lists a service area that includes Burlington, Charlotte, Colchester, Essex, Shelburne, South Burlington, Stowe and Williston, and says its team offers seasonal services to keep a property clean, accessible and well-maintained. On Google it holds 5 stars from 50 ratings.

Jackson answered a recent customer's request for an estimate for shrub, brush and vine cleanup across an entire property, and that customer said the job was completed promptly. A recent customer said the Minor team cleaned out four ornamental ponds. A recent customer said Jackson and his team keep them updated on the process from scheduling to completion.

A 2025 customer said Jackson met them at a Williston rental property to walk through a spring cleanup, taking notes and photos of each area, and provided a detailed estimate later that same day. That 2025 customer said the quote broke the project down by individual tasks, with descriptions, photos and itemized pricing. A 2025 customer said they removed 2 trees and prepared and mulched several large garden areas, finishing in one day. A 2025 customer said Jackson repaired their driveway so it no longer had a sinkhole, and advised them to call Dig Safe. A 2025 customer said a small HOA hired the company to mow its shared spaces.

Winter brings plowing. A 2026 customer said Jackson came out on a last minute call to plow a challenging private road and driveway, and helped with a truck stuck in the snow. A 2025 customer said they called Jackson a few days after a February storm, and he was at the house in 45 minutes because he was in the area; he plowed the banks from the city plow and 18 inches of snow. A 2025 customer said Jackson and team removed some large junk items from their property.

**Strengths:**
- A detailed estimate — a 2025 customer got itemized pricing with photos that day
- A quick plow visit — a 2025 customer said Jackson came 45 minutes after calling
- A prompt cleanup — a recent customer said a brush cleanup finished promptly
