## The honest read

A house-cleaning service rated 4.6 stars from 92 ratings on Google, with plenty of deep cleans behind it and a few that went badly.

A 2022 customer said the company took the call late in the day, priced the job quickly, and a team of 3 women cleaned the messy house. That 2022 customer said the ceiling fans had not been dusted, so they came back the next day and handled it. A 2023 customer who had a deep cleaning wrote about a stove stain that years of cleaning hacks had not removed, and praised Miriam's work. A 2022 customer said the two ladies doing a deep cleaning arrived on time and worked for several hours, and that customer then contracted with them for routine cleaning every two weeks.

Some jobs did not go well. A 2023 customer who booked a deep cleaning as a gift for a friend said that 2.5 hours in there was no progress, the cleaners did not mop or wipe appliances, and they arrived with a broken vacuum. A 2022 customer who paid close to $600 for a pre-move-in deep cleaning said spider webs and dirt were still covering surfaces in the laundry room and garage, and the windows were not washed. A 2022 customer who paid 200 bucks to have the oven, windows and floor done in an empty house said they were late, went to the wrong address and cut corners. A 2023 customer reported a no call, no show, and a 2023 customer wrote that they were "told 11am and didn't get here until 215pm."

**Strengths:**
- A return visit — a 2022 customer said they came back for missed ceiling fans
- Every-two-week cleaning — a 2022 customer contracted for routine visits after a deep clean

**Concerns:**
- Missed deep-clean areas — a 2022 customer paid close to $600, found garage dirt
- A late arrival — a 2022 customer said they went to the wrong address
- A no-show — a 2023 customer reported no call, no show
