That customer said Mike gave a fair price and was fair about work overruns, and that the electrical and paint contractors finished the job without cutting corners. The company's website describes it as a general contractor offering carpentry, decks, additions, door services and window installation, and names North Providence and Lincoln as its service area. On Google it shows 5 stars from 11 ratings. A 2026 customer said Mike and his crew replaced the windows, a slider and the back door, with detailed progress updates along the way. A 2025 customer named window installation, a door realignment and the installation of a 10x14 metal gazebo as the project. In a 2025 review, a customer said Mike transformed the living room by taking out a fireplace and adding a bay window and shelves, and that they hired him again to repair a leak in the roof. A 2025 customer said MJH replaced interior doors, exterior windows, exterior stairs and hand rails, garage door framing and a driveway, and found reliable contractors to help with what it could not do. Rhode Island lists its home improvement contractor registration, GC-23637, as active, held by MJH Construction LLC. **Strengths:** - Window and door replacement — a 2026 customer said windows, slider and back door were replaced - Progress updates — a 2026 customer said Mike gave detailed progress updates - A fair price — a recent customer said Mike's price was fair - A fireplace removal — a 2025 customer said Mike added a bay window and shelves ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5 stars from 11 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=MJH%20Construction%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJ06sLSV2STCMR2IJFe7l2z6I) — “Google: 5★ from 11 ratings” - A recent customer said Mike gave a fair price and was fair about work overruns _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2toc2FHRkhXRTF0UjNWMVVrZHdOVVJLWkhOU2RXYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xa2cf76b97b4582d8!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkhsaGFHWE1tR3V1UkdwNURKZHNSdWc%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ I have hired Mike and his crew in the past so when my husband and I needed a contractor for some home improvement projects, he was the fi…” - A 2026 customer said Mike and his crew replaced windows, a slider and the back door, with detailed progress updates _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tSVmRXRmtRMW95ZVZORGVpMDVZa0kzZFZnNFkyYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xa2cf76b97b4582d8!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkRVdWFkQ1oyeVNDei05YkI3dVg4Y2c%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Mike and his crew replaced my windows, slider, and back door, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did.
