Moniz Home Improvement is the outfit Harwich homeowners call when a remodel needs one person who shows up, stays on budget, and finishes what he starts. Ken Moniz, a lifelong Cape Cod resident who says he spent 30 years in construction before opening the company, runs it with his wife Nicole handling the office — and the same two names turn up review after review.
