## The honest read

Monkey Business Tree Care holds a 4.8-star Google rating from 52 ratings. A recent customer says they worked around the pool and deck with great care and left the yard better than before they arrived.

A 2021 customer said Ryan and his crew removed 12 trees, with huge sections hoisted by crane over the house, and that Ryan placed them down very precisely. A 2023 customer said Ryan came out twice before the work to confirm their needs, and that they removed over a dozen trees, some very large, working through the day into the evening. A 2023 customer said they had a tree removed and a large limb hoisted out of their pool, and that a crane truck was brought in. A 2022 customer said they hired them to clear trees from above the house, then hired them again a few weeks later for a side yard close to two houses.

A 2022 customer said they hired the company to prune an old tree, remove a couple of trees and grind the stumps. A 2023 customer said they pruned 6 feet all around a large maple.

On price and scheduling, a 2022 customer said the quote was lower than everyone else's and the final invoice was the same as the quote. A 2022 customer said Ryan and crew got to them a week early because another job finished early, and got it all done in one afternoon. A 2022 customer said Erica called back the same day to give a quote.

A 2022 customer said they made an appointment with the company two times and it did not show up. A 2023 reviewer said the company parked its truck in their bush.
