Their trailer cost was based on space used, and that customer said he saved them hundreds of dollars and that the 3-man crew was capable. A recent Google customer said Mark and his crew carefully wrapped and reassembled their furniture, moved a lot of boxes and kept them informed from start to finish, and called the pricing fair. A recent customer said the company returned phone calls and showed up on time. In a 2022 r/RhodeIsland thread, a commenter said the company did not charge hourly but set a price based on how many boxes and furniture items you have, and called it veteran owned and operated. A recent 3-star Google customer described a move that went wrong. That customer said the owner, Mark, looked over the job and suggested a smaller truck to save money; the office did not fit, and the customer was charged for a separate trip from the first location to storage. The same customer said an end table rolled off the truck and was damaged, and the glass on the side of a 6-foot glass hutch was broken at the storage stop. **Strengths:** - Truck loading — a recent customer said the owner saved them hundreds - Furniture handling — a recent customer said it was wrapped and reassembled carefully - On-time arrival — a recent customer said they showed up on time **Concerns:** - Truck size — a recent customer's office did not fit the smaller truck - Damaged furniture — a recent customer reported a damaged end table and broken hutch glass ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said the owner loaded the truck well and, with cost based on space used, saved them hundreds of dollars _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tkNFpFNDNWekJpUVdOeU1GcEhWMm94TlU5VWFIYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x8fd2b224f8a9b089!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkd4ZE43VzBiQWNyMFpHV2oxNU9UaHc%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ These guys were great to work with and their skill level was genuinely top notch.
