## The honest read

Mult Flooring is a West Bridgewater flooring shop that's built a strong following on Google — 4.9 stars across 35 ratings, with Carlos, Kevin and the crew named by name in review after review for hardwood, vinyl plank and tile installs that come out clean and on schedule. One customer described a second job replacing flood-damaged basement floors and walls, where the estimate used the supplier's preview software to help pick a finish and a four-person crew tore out the old floor in under ten minutes.

That volume of praise sits against one serious complaint: a February 2026 review describes a second-floor addition and a set of stairs that failed inspection after being subcontracted out — risers glued over temporary ones with a size mismatch, plus railing issues, ending in a court agreement covering only materials. The Better Business Bureau also gives the company a C+, citing an unanswered complaint, and lists it under an alternate name, JC Rocha General Construction, with Jose Carlos Rocha as owner.

The company's own site claims 20 years in business, though BBB records show it was incorporated in 2021. It works flooring jobs and broader construction — additions, decks, kitchens, baths — across a wide swath of eastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, but flooring, especially hardwood and vinyl, is clearly the strength; for anything beyond that, especially a subcontracted structural job, it's worth asking directly who's doing the work.

**Strengths:**
- Consistent praise — dozens of 5-star reviews name Carlos and crew
- Flood-damage floor repair — detailed basement floor and wall job
- Wide install range — hardwood, vinyl, laminate and tile flooring

**Concerns:**
- Failed subcontracted job — second-floor addition and stairs failed inspection
- BBB C+ rating — unanswered complaint on file

**Where sources disagree:**
- Website claims 20 years in business; BBB records show the company was incorporated in 2021
