## The honest read

Muniz Custom Woodwork Inc presents cabinet design, construction, installation, and repair services in Everett, Massachusetts, with commercial and residential work and 15 years of experience. Its Angi listing also identifies bathroom and kitchen cabinet work.

The available customer account is dated October 2019. In that review, a homeowner described requesting a cabinet vanity, waiting eight weeks through repeated promised deadlines, and ultimately buying one elsewhere after the vanity was not delivered and messages went unanswered.

Before booking, ask for a written schedule, delivery milestones, and a clear plan for communication if a cabinet project changes. Confirm the intended scope, installation date, and what happens if materials or fabrication run late.

Muniz may fit homeowners seeking cabinet design or installation, but the dated negative account makes current references and timeline commitments especially important.

**Strengths:**
- Cabinet scope — listed design, construction, installation, and repair services

**Concerns:**
- Project timelines — one 2019 review described eight weeks of missed delivery promises
- Communication follow-through — the same review reported unanswered follow-up messages

- **1/5 · Google Reviews · Elle Balabanis · 2019-10-22**: He came to my home and I explained the cabinet I wanted and showed him. 8 weeks went by and I was constantly told I’ll have it done next week. He never delivered and never responded to weeks of my texts asking for the vanity. I ended up buying one online and giving up. Horrible experience.
