That 2024 customer said the truck pulled into a driveway less than a month old instead of parking on the street, leaked fluid on it, and the driver made the damage worse trying to take away the spot. The same 2024 customer said the owner then stopped responding and an insurance claim followed. A 2025 customer said the company promised to send someone the same night after the household ran out of oil on a cold Sunday evening. In that 2025 account, no one came that night or the next day, calls reached only an answering service, and the customer cancelled the delivery. A 2023 customer said the guy they dealt with told them to call someone else. A 2023 customer who had a furnace cleaning wrote that the "guys were very friendly, quick, and efficient." A 2023 reviewer called the company "Always there when needed." Its BBB grade is A+. **Strengths:** - A furnace cleaning — a 2023 customer called the visit quick and efficient **Concerns:** - A missed delivery — a 2025 customer said no one came after running out - Driveway damage — a 2024 customer said a leaking truck damaged a new driveway - Hard to reach — a 2025 customer got only an answering service ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2024 customer said a delivery truck leaked fluid on a new driveway and the owner stopped responding _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUNubk5Tc0JnEAE!2m1!1s0x0:0xc65b1cf4cccc7744!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgICnnNSsBg%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “1★ I have never been so disappointed.
