Its BBB listing describes landscaping, irrigation and snow removal services. A recent customer who needed hardscaping says owner Joe came out the day after the request and was transparent about pricing, and his team was out a few days later; that customer says request to completion took less than a week. Another recent customer says Dennis and his workers did their edging this year, Bob turned on their irrigation and replaced a head, and Jeffrey and Eric did the mulching. In a 2025 review, a customer said Nassar remodeled their lawn: raking up the dead grass and weeds, adding fresh loam, hydroseeding and installing an entire irrigation system. That 2025 reviewer said a crew led by Dennis worked over several days, Bob, the irrigation technician, fine-tuned the system, and after two small hiccups due to weather, Joe and his team made everything right. A recent 1-star review calls them rude and unprofessional, and that customer says they are discontinuing their years of service. **Strengths:** - Quick hardscaping turnaround — recent customer says request to completion took under a week - Lawn remodel — 2025 review describes loam, hydroseeding and irrigation install - Seasonal irrigation — recent review says Bob turned it on and replaced a head **Concerns:** - Customer service — a recent 1-star review calls them rude and unprofessional ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Says it was established in 1985 under the original business, Nassar Irrigation _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.nassarlandscaping.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Nassar Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc., was established in 1985 under the original business, Nassar Irrigati…” - Reports 41 years in business _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.nassarlandscaping.com) — “Self-reported 41 years in business” - Rated 3.6 stars on Google from 43 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Nassar%20Landscaping%20%26%20Irrigation&query_place_id=ChIJdXxrbQGr44kR16F0g52lepU) — “Google: 3.6★ from 43 ratings” - BBB grade A+ and BBB accredited _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/salem/profile/landscape-contractors/nassar-landscape-irrigation-inc-0051-16000435) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/salem/profile/landscape-contractors/nassar-landscape-irrigation-inc-0051-16000435) — “Better Business Bureau: accredited / certified / member” - A recent customer says a hardscaping job went from request to completion in less than a week _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=10771103554743869911&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ Beyond impressed with Nassar Landscaping.
