The company says it has been in business for 20 years and offers free estimates. A recent customer said Ross Finch and the crew removed a badly degrading front walk, patio and stoop and installed a new walk and patio using pavers and Goshen stone, with a granite stoop and trim. That customer said Ross guided the choice of materials, resolved an elevation problem that had caused an icy zone for deliveries and guests, and recommended a mason for the granite stoop and brick work. A recent customer said Ross returned the first call within a day, came to review the project within a couple of days, and charged a price that customer called quite reasonable. A 2026 customer said the company installed a set of Goshen stone stairs and that the owner took the time to make the layout functional. A 2026 customer said Ross added things they had not thought of to the stone wall he built for them. A 2022 customer said Ross and his team made front steps and were timely and good communicators. A 2021 customer said Ross and company installed a patio and that Ross offered many choices on the layout. A 2021 customer said Ross worked on a stone walkway and steps from sketching designs to choosing materials to doing the work. A 2021 customer said he completed a stone entrance through freezing days and snow. **Strengths:** - Goshen stone stairs — a 2026 customer said the company installed a set - Paver walk and patio — a recent customer said the crew installed a new one - Quick first response — a recent customer said Ross called back within a day - Front steps — a 2022 customer said Ross and his team made them ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - The owner is Ross Finch _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=9349528820947494068&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ I recently hired Natural Stone Creations to install a set of Goshen stone stairs, and the entire experience was top-notch.
