## The honest read

Natural Systems, LLC says it has provided tree services to Central Connecticut homeowners, businesses and municipalities for nearly 20 years, with tree removal, tree pruning and stump grinding on its list. A 2023 Google customer identified Dana DiPietro as the owner.

In a 2023 review, a customer who had used the company on 5 tree projects over 10 years said it had just removed a huge oak tree over their pool and met with the neighbor in advance to secure access. A 2023 customer with over a dozen big trees too close to the house said the work finished on time and they were careful that no branches fell onto the roof; that customer said some other trees were trimmed for free. A 2023 reviewer said a huge maple tree was removed, with completion a week after the first proposal visit.

In 2023, a customer said Dana, the owner, came to their rescue when a tree fell over in a storm. A 2023 customer said that after all the trees were down, the area around the work site was cleaned along with the tree debris.

In 2012, an Angi reviewer said the price was a little on the higher side. A 2026 Google customer says they need the company again after work it did two years ago.

**Strengths:**
- Large oak removal — a 2023 customer said a huge oak over a pool was removed
- Storm call — a 2023 customer said the owner came when a storm toppled one
- A clean work site — a 2023 customer said the surrounding area was cleaned too

**Concerns:**
- Higher price — a 2012 Angi reviewer called it a little on the higher side
