Owner Nate Rose, born and raised in Wellfleet, says he is the pumper on every job and handles most incoming inquiries himself, with Joey Rose running the office. The Better Business Bureau dates the business to February 2010 and records two employees.

Beyond routine pumping the company does Title V inspections for property transfers, sewer camera inspections, hydro jetting to clear leach and drain lines, troubleshooting for failed pumps and clogged drainfields, and grease trap pumping for commercial kitchens. It publishes its prices for pumping, inspections and emergency calls on its own site, which is unusual in this trade.

Speed is the theme customers return to. In a 2023 review a homeowner wrote that Nate was pumping their system 30 minutes after they called; another that year said the company actually answered the phone and was there within a week, on time. Two things to check before booking. The Better Business Bureau still names Jon Stolnacke as owner, and a 2016 Cape Cod Times article quoted him in that role, while the company's own site now names Nate Rose — so confirm who you are contracting with. And by the BBB's count this is a two-person operation, worth bearing in mind for a large or urgent job at the height of the season.
