A recent customer said bat entrances on the roof were sealed off and bird-proof exhaust vent covers were installed. A recent customer whose raccoon was destroying things on the porch and pulling apart an outside cat house said Scott caught a possum the first day and released it, then caught the raccoon the second day. A recent customer said Scott got the critters out of their attic, explained the whole process and described preventive steps to avoid attracting wildlife. A recent customer with flying squirrels said the holes they were getting in through were found and plugged.

A 2023 customer wrote of using Scott for about 15 years, for birds in the attic from the dryer vent to raccoons and skunks under the deck and shed. A 2020 Angi customer, who named Scott as the owner, said he worked out how a raccoon under the solar panels was reaching the roof and had it captured within 24 hours.

A 2024 customer who gave one star said he trapped random neighborhood squirrels, not the ones in the house, never came back, and that the squirrels were all still there after they were out $450.
