Repairs make up much of the rest. In a 2023 review, a customer said Matt Petrides responded in an emergency after they backed into the garage door, which came off the track and got stuck half way open, and that he untwisted the metal until the door worked and looked unharmed. A 2023 customer said Matt replaced the springs and tightened the garage chain to the motor a day after one phone call.

A 2023 customer said two old burned out garage door motors were swapped out for modern wifi smart units. A 2023 customer who needed 3 doors tuned, working and synched to 3 cars and 3 additional multi button remote controls wrote that it appeared easy for NC Garage Doors after several hours of trying it themselves.
