Last 6 months: 0 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read For one April 2026 Google reviewer, New England Decon made a family seasonal home livable again: the customer has a severe rodent allergy, carries an epi pen, and had not been able to return to the mouse-infested house for over a decade. They wrote that Jamie and Pat completely remediated it, and that they no longer have throat swelling or hives when they step inside. The Bedford, New Hampshire company describes itself on Angi and HomeAdvisor as a local, woman owned company, and on the BBB as specializing in hoarding clean outs, rodent decontamination, unattended death and other biohazard work. The BBB grades it A+; Google shows 5★ from 24 ratings, and Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.9 from 14 ratings. Its site lists 24/7 emergency service. Rodent jobs carry the recent reviews. A January 2026 customer came back from a week away to a house overrun by mice and said the crew came the following week, cleaned up all the droppings and every nook and cranny. In October 2025, a family had their basement HEPA-vacuumed and sanitized with a fogger before turning it into a playroom. A March 2025 customer said the crew removed old wool insulation with rodent droppings from a basement control room and found and removed a dead mouse. The Angi reviews from 2020 and 2021 are about basements and moisture. A December 2020 customer said the company was upfront with pricing for a basement decontamination, and a September 2020 customer said the team came within hours of contact and gave guidance on preventing future mold and mildew problems in basement areas. In a January 2021 review, a family said they contacted Jim when an elderly, ill mother was coming home to a damaged house, and that the crew got to work right away. **Strengths:** - Rodent cleanups — 2025–2026 customers describe droppings and insulation removed - Allergy-safe results — 2026 customer can return to a long-infested home - Upfront pricing — a 2020 customer said pricing was clear ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - BBB grade A+; 5★ from 24 Google ratings; 4.9 from 14 on Angi and HomeAdvisor _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=New%20England%20Decon&query_place_id=ChIJ9cHBfcM14okRvp8NXWCtQFY) — “Google: 5★ from 24 ratings” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/bedford/profile/clean-up-services/new-england-decon-0051-92051800) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.NewEnglandDecon.99636736.html) — “HomeAdvisor: 4.9★ from 14 ratings” - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/nh/bedford/new-england-decon-reviews-1.htm) — “Angi: 4.9★ from 14 ratings” - Describes itself as a local, woman owned company _(confidence: medium)_ - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.NewEnglandDecon.99636736.html) — “About (HomeAdvisor, self-described): New England Decon is a local, woman owned company based in New Hampshire serving our community and neig…” - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/nh/bedford/new-england-decon-reviews-1.htm) — “About (Angi, self-described): New England Decon is a local, woman owned company based in New Hampshire serving our community and neighbors t…” - An April 2026 customer with a severe rodent allergy said the team remediated a long-infested family home so they could return _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2psamVGY3pTekppU0d0RVVtUmhjVVkyWDJFeVRXYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x5640ad605d0d9fbe!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjljeFczSzJiSGtEUmRhcUY2X2EyTWc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I have a severe and unfortunate allergy to rodents, to the point where I carry an epi pen.
