Nancy Bernier has run it since it was incorporated in 2007, and the Better Business Bureau has accredited the business with an A+ rating since 2013. The handful of reviews on file, all from 2022 through 2024, mostly describe positive one-off jobs: in a 2023 review, a homeowner said the crew moved their installation up by about a week and left the room spotless when they finished; in a 2022 review, a customer said the company repaired a vinyl floor that had gapped after a poor installation by someone else, for less than expected. Several reviewers mention Nancy directly and describe the business as easy to work with. One thing worth knowing: a 2024 one-star review accuses the company of editing a competitor's Google Maps listing to redirect searches to its own site — a claim about how it markets itself online rather than about the flooring work itself. It's a single account and unverified, but worth asking about directly. With only a handful of reviews on record, get a written quote and confirm current lead times before booking. **Strengths:** - Wide selection — carries carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl and window treatments - Responsive scheduling — moved a 2023 job up by about a week - Fair repairs — fixed a poorly installed vinyl floor for less in 2022 **Concerns:** - Google Maps dispute — a 2024 review alleges a redirected competitor listing ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - BBB accredits the business with an A+ rating, listed since 5/13/2013 _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/middleboro/profile/hardwood-floors/new-england-floorscapes-inc-0021-132534) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/middleboro/profile/hardwood-floors/new-england-floorscapes-inc-0021-132534) — “Listed certification: BBB Accredited Business since 5/13/2013” - BBB profile lists Nancy Bernier as President, the company incorporated 5/18/2007 with one employee, offering flooring and window-treatment sales, installation and repair _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/middleboro/profile/hardwood-floors/new-england-floorscapes-inc-0021-132534) — “The BBB profile for New England Floorscapes, Inc. at 547 Centre St, Middleboro, MA shows a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating, accred…” - Self-reported as family-owned _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.newenglandfloorscapes.com) — “Ownership (self-reported): Family-owned” - Wide selection — carries carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl and window treatments _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](http://www.newenglandfloorscapes.com) — “A Middleboro, Massachusetts flooring and window-treatment retailer that sells and installs carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, linoleum and t…” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/middleboro/profile/hardwood-floors/new-england-floorscapes-inc-0021-132534) — “Services offered (Better Business Bureau): Area Rugs, Carpet Binding, Carpet Repair, Carpet Restretching, Carpeting Installation, Floor Repa…” - Responsive scheduling — moved a 2023 job up by about a week _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUNSNHNTOXRBRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x89cd930904d00342!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgICR4sS9tAE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ The owner, Nancy, and her crew/family were fantastic to work with.
