New England Home Improvement is a family-led remodeling company run by owner Eduardo, working Cape Cod and Plymouth on everything from kitchens and bathrooms to additions, roofing, siding, and flooring. The company says it has been in business 25 years. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor license is verified active; its website also lists a self-reported construction supervisor license (CS-118788) that we did not independently verify, and says the company is OSHA certified.

The reviews, 36 in all across six sources back to 2020, are almost uniformly five stars and describe a genuinely wide range of project sizes. In an August 2026 review, a customer described a full kitchen overhaul after 40 years, calling the workmanship wonderful; an April 2026 review described a bedroom and bathroom addition designed around the family's existing furniture; and reviewers that same month praised the crew for punctuality, respect for the space, and an immaculate work site. In a February 2026 review, a customer described a full roof strip-and-reshingle completed in a single day, arriving by 9am and finished by 5:30pm with a thorough cleanup. Bigger projects appear in the older reviews too: a 2024 review described a full exterior renovation — new James Hardie siding, windows, soffits, gutters, and a front porch — from a repeat customer who'd previously hired the company for a kitchen refresh; a September 2023 review described a master bath remodel the customer waited months to write about, still delighted after living with it; and a 2023 review described a combined kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, and entryway renovation, praised for craftsmanship, communication, and problem solving.
