--- title: "New England pavers&stone" description: "New England Pavers & Stone works out of Wakefield doing exactly what the name says — bluestone landings, stone veneer, paver driveways — and nearly every r" doc_version: "2026-08-19" last_updated: "2026-08-19" --- # New England pavers&stone **Trade:** Masonry · **Address:** 15 Lincoln St Ste 163, Wakefield, MA 01880, USA · **Phone:** (617) 697-3456 · **Languages:** English **Rating: 3.9/5** (medium confidence) — from 6 reviews across 2 sources. 100% of sentiment-scored reviews read net-positive. Last 6 months: 2 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read New England Pavers & Stone works out of Wakefield doing exactly what the name says — bluestone landings, stone veneer, paver driveways — and nearly every review names the same person: owner Eber Chilel, who does the work with a small crew and checks in as he goes. The Google record so far is short but consistent: all 6 reviews on file are five stars, five of them from the past several months. One homeowner had a detailed plan for a bluestone landing at the front staircase and said Eber checked in a couple of times to make sure the details matched, finishing the job in a single day at what they called a fair, better-than-most estimate. Another needed an exterior stone-veneer job — Eber was easy to reach by text, gave a price the next day, and returned a week later to finish it in a day, with a crew described as respectful of the property and thorough about cleanup. A driveway-sealing customer said the work was fast, neat, and done right from the ground up, contrasting it with contractors who leave a mess. In an October 2025 review, one customer noted Eber agreed to a mid-job adjustment that required extra labor and still delivered — a small window into how he handles a change in scope rather than a complaint. For custom hardscaping — a landing, a walkway, a paver driveway — where the same person oversees the job start to finish, the reviews so far line up. With only six on record, it's worth confirming licensing and insurance directly before booking. **Strengths:** - Custom stonework — bluestone landing finished in one day, fair estimate - Responsive crew — stone veneer job, easy to reach, cleaned up after - Driveway sealing — fast, neat, done right from the ground up ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Delivered a custom-designed bluestone landing in a single day with a fair estimate _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pkSU5GSlJPVXROWldvd1IzSnZaV3N5ZEVVNWFVRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xc12f6d9f1828a097!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjdINFJROUtNZWowR3JvZWsydEU5aUE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Eber Chilel and his assistant did an extraordinary job... and all in just one day.
