## The honest read

New Vibes Cleaning LLC is a house cleaning service whose website names Danbury, Ridgefield, Greenwich, Brookfield, New Canaan, New Milford and Bethel as its service area. Its Google page shows 5 stars from 28 ratings, and its Thumbtack profile shows 4.8 stars from 76 ratings.

A recent customer said Maria and her team cleaned their mom's house in preparation for sale, with a lot of cabinets and a lot of dust, and left the house looking like new. A recent customer said Maria and her two colleagues did a deep clean of their mother's condo and that they look forward to her regular monthly visits. A recent customer called the work thorough and detail-oriented, with smooth communication and very reasonable pricing.

A 2026 customer said Maria and Gladys cleaned their apartment for the first time and included interior window cleaning. A 2025 customer said Maria and her girls arrived on time with their own supplies and deep cleaned their townhouse. A 2024 customer went with the deep clean when moving out and said the landlord asked for her number afterward.

A 2022 customer needed a move-out cleaning to pass an apartment inspection. That customer said Maria corrected the things they pointed out immediately, and they passed a pre-inspection by someone from the leasing office.

A 2023 customer who booked a deep cleaning said the areas Mary cleaned were great, but the two people with her did not have the same standards: the kitchen cabinet fronts still had fingerprints and oils, and the bottom of the refrigerator was not cleaned. A 2023 customer called her good for basic cleaning for the value but said a deep cleaning of the oven and bathroom toilets did not remove the grease.

**Strengths:**
- Move-out cleaning — a 2022 customer passed a leasing office pre-inspection
- Pre-sale cleaning — a recent customer's mom's house was cleaned for sale
- Window cleaning included — a 2026 customer said interior windows were cleaned

**Concerns:**
- Deep-clean misses — a 2023 customer found cabinet fronts still oily
- Grease left behind — a 2023 customer said a deep clean missed grease
