Recent reviews describe the rental side working fast under pressure: in July 2026, an agent 'saved the day' for a client whose son was running out of time before starting a new job, securing an approved application within 24 hours after other agents had gone unresponsive. In a March 2026 review, a client praised Marta Moraru for quickly finding a two-bedroom apartment. Further back, the same pattern repeats across dozens of named agents and years — clients searching from Texas, Florida, and Orlando for children starting school or new jobs, tight timelines around lease deadlines, and at least two documented multifamily sales.
