## The honest read

NGA Restoration LLC is a roofing and exterior company in Connecticut. Its website names New Haven, Fairfield, Hartford and Middlesex as its service area, says it has been in business 14 years, and lists free estimates, 24/7 emergency service and insurance. The website also says it offers U.S. military veterans a 5% discount on roofing and exterior restoration projects in Connecticut when they mention their veteran status before signing a contract. Its BuildZoom profile describes the company as serving North Haven and specializing in masonry repair, restoration and construction and shows projects on the profile.

The state registry shows CT HIC license HIC.0634132 as active, held by NGA RESTORATION LLC.

Google shows 5★ from 11 ratings. The Google reviews date from June and July 2026 and describe a roof, a metal roof with matching siding and gutters, a skylight installation and a new deck. One reviewer calls it a family run business and names Nerio as the owner and his daughter Araceli as the one who handles the business end. That customer called about a leak in a bathroom ceiling; it turned out to come from the pipe for a vent, and the work was done before the rain as promised, at a price the reviewer called fantastic. The skylight customer writes that Nerio answered their questions and gave a great quote. Another roofing customer writes that the crew left everything clean when the job was done. An Angi review from March 2020 reads: i use them all the time. My go to guys.

**Strengths:**
- Roofs — a metal roof with matching siding and gutters, and a roof job left clean
- Leak call — a bathroom ceiling leak traced to a vent pipe and fixed before the rain, as promised
- Skylight — Nerio answered questions and gave a great quote
