A unionleader.com article has referred to the company as NH Builders of Bedford. A 2024 customer said NH-Builders completed their waterfront home in Meredith NH, a build that had to meet strict rules to keep the water from being impacted during construction, inside a limited building envelope with closely monitored setbacks. That 2024 customer named Steve Danko as the assigned GC, said Ron worked with multiple contractors he could bid work to, and wrote that the office, headed by Buffy Walsh, tracked and reported expenses. In the same 2024 review, the customer said they added a covered deck, skylights and floor-plan changes, and that Ron was fair about changes that were not on the original plan. A 2025 customer wrote that Ron was quick to answer questions and thorough with scope of work and cost. A 2022 BuildZoom customer said Ron and his crew had done two large projects for them over the years and that Ron got the subs in on time to keep the projects going. A 2021 BuildZoom customer gave one star, writing "no communication, play games, waste your time, extras galore." Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 196299, is expired on the state registry. **Strengths:** - A home addition — a recent customer says Ron kept communication proactive - A waterfront home build — a 2024 customer described meeting strict water rules - Scope and cost — a 2025 customer said Ron was thorough on both **Concerns:** - A communication complaint — a 2021 customer cited no communication and extras - Expired MA registration — its Massachusetts home improvement registration is expired ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer says Ron and his team completed a home addition with proactive communication _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2s5c1lsOHdiV0p0UWsxbGVqbHBXSFJNTlZGMWFHYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x1b7d58a0bf4b2cfd!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOk9sYl8wbWJtQk1lejlpWHRMNVF1aGc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Ron and his team were amazing to work with.
