A 2024 customer said they called about chimney work, the company came out the next day and gave a price on the spot, and the work was professionally done. A 2024 customer with a leaking chimney that needed a lot of re-pointing said they would recommend the company. A 2024 customer said they paid $10,000 for chimney repointing, shoulder and crown repair, brick replacement and sealing, then found mortar left on the roof, gutters, deck and yard and bricks that needed replacing still in place. That customer said later texts and emails went unanswered. A 2024 customer who hired the company for a new garage floor, quoted at $4,500 with a thirty-year warranty, said the floor had multiple cracks after three weeks and the warranty was not honored after three no-shows; that customer wrote they were pursuing legal action. A 2024 customer with several separate contracts said none of the projects was complete, naming unfinished foundation stucco, a crooked, unlevel porch and an unfinished ceiling repair. That customer said Gerry, who they described as at the helm, stopped responding, and that they planned a complaint with the Department of Justice, Consumer Protection. **Strengths:** - Next-day estimate — a 2024 customer said they came out the next day - Chimney re-pointing — a 2024 customer with leaks would recommend them **Concerns:** - Unfinished projects — a 2024 customer said none of several paid jobs was complete - Cracked garage floor — a 2024 customer said cracks appeared within three weeks - Chimney cleanup — a 2024 customer said mortar was left on the roof and yard - Unanswered messages — a 2024 customer said texts and emails went unanswered ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2024 customer said the company came out the next day for chimney work and priced it on the spot _(confidence: medium)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/nh/manchester/nh-masonry-and-construction-reviews-10843595.htm) — “This masonry company was great we called them about chimney work and they were here the next day to look at and give us a price on the spot.…” - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.nhmasonryconstruction.156655987.html) — “5★ This masonry company was great we called them about chimney work and they were here the next day to look at and give us a price on the sp…” - A 2024 customer hired the company for chimney leaks and re-pointing and would recommend them _(confidence: medium)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/nh/manchester/nh-masonry-and-construction-reviews-10843595.htm) — “I hired this company to do my chimney we had leaks and needed a lot of re pointing would definitely recommend them” - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.nhmasonryconstruction.156655987.html) — “5★ I hired this company to do my chimney we had leaks and needed a lot of re pointing would definitely recommend them” - A 2024 customer said a $10,000 chimney job left mortar on the roof, gutters, deck and yard and bricks unreplaced _(confidence: high)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/nh/manchester/nh-masonry-and-construction-reviews-10843595.htm) — “I paid $10,000 for a 35-year experienced masonry repoint, repair shoulders/crown, replace damaged bricks, and sealing of my chimney.
