## The honest read

Nickerson Septic pumps septic tanks and installs septic systems. A recent customer said it put in a new septic field and tank and was very good about getting it done on schedule. On Google it shows 4.9 stars from 45 ratings.

A 2023 customer with a septic pump problem said the tank had to be pumped before the repair could happen, and that after a morning call they arrived before noon. A 2023 customer whose tank had not been serviced in 15 years said they helped find the tank, emptied it, helped get rid of roots and looked at the filters. A 2023 customer who had just bought a house with a full septic said they came out the next day and cleaned the filter before putting it back in the tank.

A 2024 customer said the worker helped locate the tank and that they came the same day as the call. In a 2023 review, a customer said the man who came to pump the tank owned the company, and called the price more than reasonable compared to other local companies. A 2026 customer said that when trouble hit over a weekend, they answered the phone and sent someone out right away.

A 2023 customer said it took weeks to get a callback and was told to find the tank and dig it up themselves; that customer got a callback from a competitor in a day.
