## The honest read

NLL Cleaning Service LLC describes its work as everything from routine maintenance to specialized deep cleans for homes, offices, Airbnb properties and small businesses across Connecticut. Its website lists a service area running from Branford, New Haven and Milford out to Madison, Clinton, Old Saybrook and Old Lyme.

A recent customer said they did a deep clean of both a cottage and a home, were flexible about the best times and set up future days that worked. A recent reviewer called the service prompt, thorough and detailed.

A 2026 customer said NLL had worked for them for 10 years and named the owner as Iraci. A 2026 reviewer said they hired Iraci and her team on short notice and found them punctual and thorough. A 2026 customer said having them come weekly was the best decision and that the house always smells clean.

On Angi, a 2025 reviewer said Iraci and her teammate did a deep cleaning in which all the dust and fur from a heavily shedding dog disappeared, and called the prices really good. A 2025 customer who said they had used the service for 15 years said it did routine cleaning plus deep cleaning and windows as needed, and was comfortable with the dogs in the house. In a 2018 Angi review, a customer said Iraci and her partner deep cleaned an entire apartment, helped get everything neat and organized, and would be hired back every month for maintenance cleaning.

It carries an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau.

**Strengths:**
- Two-property deep clean — a recent customer said they cleaned a cottage and home
- Flexible scheduling — a recent customer said they set up future days that worked
- Short-notice booking — a 2026 customer hired Iraci and her team on short notice
- Long client tenure — a 2025 reviewer said they had used them for 15 years
