The company says on its website that it has offered residential and commercial cleaning since 2019. Another recent job was a deep clean by Joel and his team, Giovanni, Naosa and Tina: that customer said they cleaned the ceilings and left walls rubbed by two dogs looking freshly painted. One recent customer started with a deep clean after a move and now has weekly cleaning. A household that has used the company bi-weekly for almost a year said tasks can be added with ease, and one recent customer received videos and updates during the cleaning. A 2025 customer said they called in extra help when the job was bigger than expected, worked until 10pm and came back on a Sunday to finish. A 2025 customer said Joel and his wife cleaned a 5th wheel camper after a rodent infestation. A 2025 customer managing a rental from out of state needed a same-day turnover between bookings and said the property was guest-ready on a tight timeline. A 2026 customer who had used the company in 2025 called about a move-in and move-out clean and said the owner insisted on 50% of the total cost in advance through Venmo before scheduling, and did not want to provide a written contract. That customer decided not to move forward. **Strengths:** - Whole-house deep cleans — houses cleaned before a listing and before a move-in - Recurring visits — weekly and bi-weekly cleaning schedules - Updates during a clean — a recent customer got videos mid-cleaning - Finishing a big job — a 2025 customer said they returned on a Sunday **Concerns:** - Upfront deposit — a 2026 customer was asked for 50% through Venmo - Written contract — that 2026 customer said they did not want to provide one ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Deep cleaned a house to prepare it for a listing in Keene, per a recent Google review _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pKTFdEQnRZV2hXTUZkT2FrTkNlVmMwZDNkdVZtYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xdcf1fce7318f7fd5!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjJLWDBtYWhWMFdOakNCeVc0d3duVmc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Nordview Cleaning did an amazing job deep cleaning my house to prepare it for a listing in Keene.
