## The honest read

North End Kitchen & Bath sells and installs kitchen and bath products — cabinets, stone countertops, backsplashes, vanities, sinks and faucets — and its BBB profile says it handles design, fabrication and installation for those items. Its website lists a service area of Fairfield, Litchfield, Hartford and New Haven. The company is BBB accredited with an A+ grade and holds 4.5 stars from 18 Google ratings.

A recent customer said they had worked with the business twice, that Robin communicates well and that the prices are fair.

In a 2023 review, a customer said the company helped pick a countertop for their budget and layout, then measured, fabricated and installed it within 2 weeks. A 2024 customer wrote that Robin and his team were one of the few countertop fabricators that answered the phone, and that the countertop was installed quickly. A 2024 reviewer said Robin and Cesar installed new grab rails in an existing tiled bathroom, checked that they were clear of all plumbing before starting, and cleaned up as they went. A 2025 customer said the company helped them replace two bathroom vanities.

In a 2022 review, a customer said the company came out to measure, but what it first sent was all wrong, and after promises from the office they never heard back.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0651617, as active, held by North End Kitchen & Bath LLC.

**Strengths:**
- Two-week countertop job — a 2023 customer said it was measured, fabricated and installed
- Grab rail install — a 2024 customer said they cleaned up as they went
- Fair prices — a recent repeat customer called the prices fair

**Concerns:**
- A wrong first order — a 2022 customer said promised follow-up never came
