That's the only account on file for this Saugus-based landscaping company, which HomeAdvisor lists as woman-owned with about six years of experience and a National Association of Landscaping Professionals membership, offering everything from landscape design and hardscaping to routine lawn maintenance. There isn't a second review to weigh it against — HomeAdvisor shows the same single 0.5-star rating, and no other platform has anything else on file. Before paying anything, get a firm start date and clear deposit terms in writing — the one detailed account describes exactly the opposite happening. With nothing else to balance that story, North Shore Enhancement is one to vet carefully rather than book on reputation alone. **Strengths:** - Industry membership — belongs to the National Association of Landscaping Professionals **Concerns:** - Deposit dispute — 2023 review alleges an unstarted job and unreturned deposit - Billing after stop-work — same review says mowing charges continued once declined ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2023 HomeAdvisor review alleges a paid planting deposit was never returned after work was never started _(confidence: medium)_ - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.NorthShoreEnhancement.119082039.html) — “0.5★ As a former client of North Shore Enhancement, I would strongly recommend against hiring them.
