A 2026 Google reviewer said a new kitchen was their third project with Austin and his team, and called them professional and easy to work with. A 2025 Google reviewer credited Austin, Marigrace and the team with skilled craftsmanship and very fair pricing on countertops. In a 2023 review, a customer said Austin restored a marble tabletop that had been in the family for over 100 years. A 2017 Houzz reviewer said they needed new kitchen granite countertops and tile, and praised the employees as dependable and pleasant.

A 2026 Google reviewer said a kitchen countertop was off by 3/4 of an inch on one end, dug into the wall on the other, and the sink mount did not line up. A 2023 Google reviewer said Rich talked them out of a Schluter shower system in favor of traditional tile waterproofing, and that grout in the master bath cracked and crumbled within months. That 2023 reviewer said Rich did not show up twice for promised repairs, stopped answering calls, and that mold and major damage to the home followed. In a 2019 Houzz review, a customer said a backsplash was installed even though it was cracked and chipped when cut, and that over a month of calls and emails had not brought anyone out to look at it.
