That 2024 customer said they showed up on the scheduled day and did a spray and fiberglass combination to keep the cost down. In 2024, that customer also said Sean answered questions after the project and sent a crew back to tweak a few things. A 2025 customer said they had used the company for years for their construction clients. A 2025 customer said spray foam installed in their Biddeford attic in December 2024 still gave off a strong smell as of April, with burning eyes and headaches. That 2025 customer said people from Northeast Spray said they could not smell it and that the company had washed its hands of it. In 2025, that customer said earlier work on a couple of crawl spaces and some rentals had worked out well. **Strengths:** - Quick quote — a 2024 customer had a quote the next morning - A follow-up visit — a 2024 customer said a crew returned to tweak things **Concerns:** - Attic off-gassing — a 2025 customer reported a lasting smell and headaches ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2024 customer said Sean came out maybe a day after a call back and a quote arrived the next morning _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUNOdk9UN0JREAE!2m1!1s0x0:0xc8a21bdfa4dc03e0!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgICNvOT7BQ%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Great Service.
